A wikipedia entry referencing the minister of your department includes derogatory nick-names given to your minister by the press. A senior advisor to the minister approaches in the tea room one day and asks you – as the office “computer whiz” – to delete the offending remarks.
What do you do?

Tell them about the examples of pollies changing own entries. And, if they insist, then show the senior advisor how to edit it themselves using their own PC.
Show someone in the Minister's office how to edit the wikipedia entry. If they insist that the department should change it, consider creating a new anonymous entry in wikileaks that documents the request - especially if you are interested in playing political games and wish to shorten your public service career!
I'd probably ask for it to be a written request - it's a public action, after all - then argue the merit of such an action and take similar steps as Andrew and Luke have said above.
